Staff Associate
Begin your time on staff in our training program as a Staff Associate! Around the world in every division we are looking for people eager to share the love of Jesus with teenagers as a Staff Associate.
Minister cross-culturally while deepening your faith, getting real leadership experience under your belt and being a part of a well-run training program. Do you want to make a difference and impact adolescents? In your time as a Staff Associate, you will get to do just that!
This opportunity is a great fit for recent college graduates who were volunteer leaders while in college, or for folks who are considering a career change.
Area Director
Area Directors get to be a part of building and growing flagship areas in our global mission.
You’ll get the chance to build healthy, diverse leadership teams, establish strong committees and create lasting ministry for years to come. Bring your leadership skills and experience to lead a Young Life area, raise up indigenous leaders and minister to students around the world!
This position is ideal for a Staff Associate who is looking to become an Area Director or the experienced Area Director looking to bring their gifts and passions to a new place.
Regional Director
Young Life International is looking for staff people to bring their Young Life expertise and humble postures to our global mission as Regional Directors.
Regional Directors get to serve as leaders of people, serving a number of local areas and providing them with the guidance and support that they need to thrive. You'll get to experience new cultures, learn from local leaders, and take on a new challenge as you help areas in your region grow in depth and breadth.
This opportunity is ideal for the experienced Young Life Area Director or current Regional Director looking to make a global impact.
International Schools
Minister to students from around the world at one school! Young Life has a long and fruitful history serving in these diverse, driven and culturally-rich communities.
Being a part of an international school community, you’ll have the opportunity to influence future world-changers and plant the seed of faith in the hearts of students have the potential to impact entire countries. You’ll get to immerse yourself in new cultures and languages, while also ministering primarily in English. The international school community is a global community, too, so you’ll get to connect with people all around the world as you live and work closely with parents, students and school staff alike.
This opportunity is ideal for anyone with Young Life experience as a team leader or on staff looking to influence students from around the world.
Club Beyond
One of the first focus ministries in Young Life, our ministry to U.S. military teens has a 60+ year history.
Join the Club Beyond staff on military installations around the world and you will have opportunity to celebrate life with military teens, introduce them to the Life Giver, and help them become more like Him.
This opportunity is ideal for anyone with Young Life experience who has a heart for teens and is excited about working in and through the military culture. You will get to work alongside military chaplains and closely with families as you reach this unique population. Become a Community Director or Associate Director and reach students with the good news of Jesus. No military experience needed, but always welcome. Military brats (a term of endearment) and Veterans encouraged to apply!
camp staff
Be a part of making one of Young Life’s most powerful experiences come to life! While camp looks a little different everywhere you go, what remains steadfast is the centrality of Jesus in each experience. And of course — fun, laughter and adventure!
Discover how camp is used as a tool across the world to bring people to the feet of Jesus. There are a variety of ways to serve with Camping – as a summer staff, as an intern or as a full-time staff person.
Depending on the position you’re interested in, these opportunities are ideal for anyone from college-students to the experienced camp staff person. TEACHER STAFF
Work on Young Life staff and teach at a local school! From conversational English to high school physics, if you have a teacher’s heart, there is a place for you!
Where does every Young Life leader want to be? With teenagers! As a Teacher Staff person, you’ll get to spend your days with students, in their world, while gaining professional education experience.
Anyone with a heart for students and a willingness to learn (and teach!) is ideal for teacher staff. Most positions offer the opportunity to get your TISL certification, so teaching experience is not a pre-requisite, though it is a plus!
U.S.-Based Roles
U.S.-based roles allow you to be a part of Young Life's international mission while living in the United States. These roles give you the opportunity to bring your expertise to the table, combined with your heart for adolescents around the world.
You'll get to be a part of our fast-growing international mission, often working alongside local or other U.S.-based support staff. You'll have a community of other folks with a passion to reach every kid, everywhere.
There are a variety of ever-changing US-based positions available with varying levels of experience required.
